Farah Musallam Law Office

Specializing in Kuwaiti Legal Services

The Farah Musallam Law Office is a boutique law firm that provides legal services in the form of consultations and litigation to companies, organizations, and individuals in both the public and private sectors.  Drawing on our extensive experience in a wide range of legal matters, we at Farah Musallam Law Office offer all kinds of legal support in various fields, including commercial law, civil and administrative law, labor law, tenancy law, and personal status law.  Our practice of litigation in Kuwait covers all levels of the Kuwaiti judicial system, including courts of first instances, courts of appeal, the Supreme Court & Constitutional court.

OUR MISSION

Kuwait continues to flourish on a daily basis with a rapidly developing economy. It abounds with many small, medium, and large enterprises, thus encouraging increasing numbers of investors from all over the world; as a result, Kuwait now also attracts a huge international labour force. Enterprises and investors based in Kuwait need optimal legal and consultation services to ensure that their relationships with their partners and employees are consistent with Kuwaiti laws. Our mission at Farah Musallam Law Office is: "To continue to provide best legal services to our clients, and contribute to organizing relationships according to the applicable laws, so as to reserve the rights of all parties involved."

OUR VISION

At the Farah Musallam Law Office we make our clients' interests our first priority. We aim to establish a strong relationship with our clients based on mutual honesty, trust, and respect, in the belief that such a relationship is essential to a consistently professional and successful practice. As a first measure, we attempt to reach amicable out-of-court solutions. We put our best effort into settling disputes through negotiations and alternative methods such as amicable settlement, rather than referring them to courts, thus saving time and effort and keeping costs to a minimum. We believe that two things are essential in order for any legal practice to succeed and thrive in the long run: a thorough knowledge of the local, regional, and international variables that may be involved in each legal issue presented, and careful attention to clients' specific needs, circumstances, and expectations. Hence, our vision states: "To become the leading law office in the Gulf that puts its clients first and provides them with the best legal services that meet their specific needs".
